These terms set out the agreement between you and Monica AI when you use monica-hub.com. Please read them before you start chatting.

1. 1. Agreement to these termsBy accessing Monica AI at monica-hub.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. 2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use Monica AI.
3. 3. Nature of the serviceMonica AI provides fictional companion characters for conversation and entertainment. It is not a dating service, an introduction agency or a way to meet real individuals.
4. 4. Fictional charactersEvery companion, photograph, biography and personality on Monica AI is invented. Any resemblance to a real person is unintentional.
5. 5. Not professional adviceNothing said by a companion is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.
6. 6. EmergenciesMonica AI is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a recognised support line immediately.
7. 7. Your accountYou are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for everything that happens under your account.
8. 8. Account securityKeep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. 9. One account per personAccounts are personal. You may not share, transfer, resell or operate an account on behalf of someone else.
10. 10. Acceptable useYou agree not to use Monica AI for unlawful purposes, harassment, fraud, or to distribute malicious code.
11. 11. Prohibited contentYou may not submit content involving minors, non-consensual acts, threats, extreme violence, or the impersonation of real people.
12. 12. No scraping or automationAutomated collection, scraping, mirroring, or bulk extraction of pages, images or conversation output is not permitted.
13. 13. No reverse engineeringYou may not attempt to decompile, probe or otherwise derive the underlying systems that power Monica AI.
14. 14. Service interferenceYou may not overload, disrupt or attempt to bypass any security or rate limiting measure applied to the service.
15. 15. Intellectual propertyThe Monica AI name, site design, written content, imagery and companion profiles are protected and remain the property of the operator.
16. 16. Limited licence to youYou receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access Monica AI for private, non-commercial use.
17. 17. Your content licenceYou keep ownership of what you write. You grant us the limited right to process and store it in order to operate the service for you.
18. 18. FeedbackIf you send suggestions about Monica AI, we may use them freely and without obligation or payment.
19. 19. AvailabilityWe aim to keep Monica AI available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and outages may occur.
20. 20. Changes to featuresWe may add, modify or discontinue features of Monica AI at any time as the service develops.
21. 21. Paid featuresWhere optional paid features are offered, prices and inclusions are shown before purchase and payments are handled by third party processors.
22. 22. RefundsRefund requests are considered under applicable consumer law. Contact support with your order details and reason.
23. 23. CancellationYou may stop using Monica AI at any time and request account deletion through the contact address below.

28. 28. IndemnityYou agree to indemnify the operator against claims arising from your misuse of Monica AI or your breach of these terms.
29. 29. Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
30. 30. Changes to these termsWe may update these terms. Continued use of Monica AI after an update means you accept the revised version.
31. 31. SeverabilityIf any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
